Production Notes

We had the pleasure of working with the Full Punch agency to create a series of ads for the new Conexus Credit Union campaign.

VFX shots require much thinking and planning ahead—our team tried out different lighting rigs and camera movements. After three test shoots, we found the perfect combo: a semicircular movement with the camera on a Freefly Systems Movi Pro, supported by a Ready Rig, controlled by Nodo Inertial Wheels, and lit with two Astera Hydra panels hanging from the ceiling by fishing line. That way, the lights also worked as tracking points for the VFX artists.

This shoot utilized all of Play’s three studio spaces at the same time! Studio A was transformed into a family living room, Studio B into a child’s bedroom, and Studio C into a full kitchen. With hard work from our amazing cast and crew, we brought our full creative vision to fruition.
